Differentiation is key
Did you know that in 2017, 89% of companies expect to compete mostly on the basis of customer experience? Five years ago this was 36%. And still, the percentage of companies that are truly able to achieve competitive separation is really small.
Business growth is affected by five factors:
- Market size
Fact: we have ZERO influence on the first 4 factors. So: we need to differentiate ourselves from others.

1. Embrace Weirdness
2. Amplify Weakness
So be proud of your weirdness and/ or amplify your weaknesses. Be spectacularly unusual and stand out.
