Exciting projects, fun events, and enjoyable outings followed one another in quick succession. Time for a look back with facts and figures on the remarkable past year.
More than 80 (!) projects completed
In 2024, we once again helped many clients elevate their knowledge management to a higher level. The final count? More than 80 projects completed!
We returned to Univé, the health insurer that you can now truly call an ambassador for knowledge management and the TKC method. We also continued working with great pleasure for HEMA and Rabobank. And let's not forget ABN AMRO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and ONVZ!

eGain x TKC
We are proud of our collaboration with eGain. In 2024, this partnership once again proved its value.
We are now officially a certified implementation partner at TKC! Additionally, we organized five editions of Solve and Solve Goes Dutch—the inspiring event about KM, AI, and eGain technology. And last but not least: in 2024, we implemented eGain for the first time at one of our clients!

That was the theme of Service Tomorrow 2024.
During this edition, we—as usual—shared practical ideas and new insights. Inspiring speakers such as Tom de Ruyck, Ashu Roy, and our own Tinky and Sander spoke about customer experience, knowledge management, and AI.
At the client market, 150 guests got to meet four of our valued clients.

Party, party, we celebrate!
Yes, at TKC, we love a good party. In addition, atmosphere and camaraderie are crucial elements for a strong and well-functioning team, right? We certainly think so.
That’s why TKC now has an official party committee. Their first feat was a Crazy Bingo Party filled with wacky outfits, crazy music, and funny prizes. That left us wanting more, and now the event calendar for 2025 is fully booked!
Proud of our new website!
There was certainly reason to celebrate at the end of 2024: our new website went live! We marked the occasion with a cheerful online meeting and a surprise delivery to our team members.
But why a new website?
We wanted a fresh, professional look. A place with answers to key client questions and all the details on our vision for knowledge management, AI, and the value they bring.
Well, we did it! Huge kudos to the website team, who worked tirelessly alongside clients and the rest of TKC to build, refine, and test everything!

Safety first
Whether you’re writing a text, preparing a presentation, or celebrating a party, accidents can happen in an instant. That’s why at TKC, we take health and safety seriously.
Last year, seven TKC team members earned their first aid certificates. Under the guidance of experienced instructor Joël, they learned crucial skills such as the Heimlich maneuver, Rautek grip, and CPR.
Office dogs
Yes, we even have office dogs at TKC. Five, to be exact: Bo, Issy, Joe, Mila, and Nana. And no, they are not on the payroll.
Sometimes (read: almost never) you don’t want to leave your furry friend at home alone. In those cases, it's great to bring your best buddy to the office. Super cozy, and it fits perfectly with TKC’s culture!
Oat milk?
And for dessert: coffee with oat milk. A very popular drink among Team TKC. In 2024, we went through 56 cartons!
