Team TKC is expanding!

With pride, we announce that Jasper Kakes will become the lead of TKC's new Customer Consulting proposition on January 1, 2025.

The customer consultants focus on mapping the end-to-end customer journey, optimizing it, and the role of AI within it. The aim is to create a better work environment for employees and an excellent experience for the customer.

To achieve this, the team supports organizations in improving customer-oriented processes and developing the optimal customer journey. They map out the data, information, and knowledge necessary to extensively automate and personalize the customer journey.

The customer consultants manage the entire process from organizational advice and setup to the implementation of (CX-) platforms.

For us, this is a logical expansion that we are very happy about, and with which we can do even more for our clients.
